These are my final renderings for my A level portfolio design. I created the models on Pro Engineer, and then rendered them using the same programme
The renders show possible colour schemes. They all show uses of internal ribs ribs, and the exploded view shows how lips could be used to connect the buttons to the model.

Sam, I really enjoyed seeing the superb work you have done using Pro|ENGINEER. Combining organic shapes with constructional details is not easy. Well done and good luck with your studies.

Hi Sam,
The Headphone design seems a great idea, i think you should go with that, especially as it would be easier to make as a fully working prototype.
